细胞周期与基因组稳定性。课题组运用前沿的分子生物学、基因编辑以及活细胞高通量成像技术,结合体外生化重建、细胞和动物模型,研究在正常或病理条件下的细胞周期调控及其对基因组稳定性的影响,揭示癌症基因组进化过程中的信号转导途径,开发肿瘤治疗的新靶点、新药物和治疗新手段。
