本课题组致力于解析T细胞在肿瘤中浸润、存活的微环境支持条件以及在PD1抗体治疗条件下T细胞功能性衰竭的分子机制,并以此开发新型肿瘤免疫治疗策略、抗体药物和肿瘤疫苗。(获得2021年度海外优青资助)
