课题组致力于于生物、医学、物理、化学、材料的交叉领域,针对生命科学与临床医学中的重要科学问题,开发前沿纳米生物技术、智能生物材料与器件,为疾病的诊断治疗和药物研发提供新思路。课题组聚焦于仿生生物材料的设计与制备,包括开发微流控芯片促进仿生材料的制备,使用化学共轭/基因编辑等方法实现仿生材料表面功能化,以及将仿生材料应用于癌症早期诊断、肿瘤特异性成像与靶向治疗、新型抗病毒药物的研发等领域。
