现阶段课题组聚焦病毒与宿主免疫系统之间的相互作用，利用新型的人源化小鼠模型结合临床样本深入探究宿主抵抗病毒感染的天然免疫应答精确分子机制，鉴定新型天然免疫模式识别受体及重要宿主因子，为病毒感染的预防和治疗药物的研发提供新的理论基础。主要研究方向包括：（1）逆转录病毒感染的天然免疫应答及其调节机理；（2）HIV感染的新型免疫治疗策略；（3）建立病毒感染的人源化小鼠模型。
