研究方向

应用生物化学、病毒学、人工智能等多学科研究工具,系统研究病毒复制及免疫逃逸机理,为开发基因递送工具奠定基础,包括:(1)病毒包涵体的发生机制以及体外生化重构,在病毒复制以及同宿主互作中的作用,致病机理及分子诊断;( 2)利用前沿生物物理手段,开发对病毒颗粒进行基于形状及内容的分选技术,研究病毒颗粒形状对侵染及致病性的影响,为提升疫苗有效率提供理论基础;(3)开发病毒复制小分子抑制剂以及高通量血清学技术。
