研究方向

课题组主要研究方向为代谢重编程和蛋白翻译后修饰在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的调控机制,综合运用蛋白质多组学、代谢组学、肿瘤生物学、基因编辑工程和高通量筛选等技术手段,结合临床样本以及肿瘤类器官和动物模型,揭示癌症发生发展的关键代谢和信号通路,以挖掘癌症治疗新靶点和开发治疗新策略。
