袁文课题组的研究将以自闭症和阿尔兹海默症得发病机制为主要方向,结合人类类脑器官的培养,高通量单细胞组学,CRISPR in vivo 大规模筛选技术,空间转录组学以及非人灵长类动物模型等多学科的综合手段研究这两种疾病的发病机制。综合应用表观遗传学和衰老领域得相关理论以及相应的实验手段,系统性阐释验证相关基因和信号通路导致神经疾病的机理。希望在未来的5年内,找到可以缓解自闭症以及阿尔兹海默症的相应小分子或蛋白,为治疗神经疾病提供新的靶点以及线索。
