我们运用果蝇、小鼠、和人体诱导干细胞分化而来的神经元作为模型研究神经疾病的分子机理。我们重点关注应激颗粒、线粒体等细胞器在渐冻人症,额颞叶认知障碍症,以及一些遗传性神经发育疾病中的作用。
