张兵团队致力于神经、免疫与再生领域的前沿交叉研究,关注神经信号如何协调干细胞激活与免疫微环境重塑,并深入解析皮肤及毛发疾病中细胞互作失衡的机制。同时,团队结合人类多组学数据与体外模型,积极开发针对皮肤疾病和再生障碍的新型疗法,推动再生医学精准治疗的新方向。
围绕干细胞命运调控探讨皮肤成体干细胞与组织微环境、神经系统及内分泌系统之间的相互作用机制。研究揭示了毛囊再生过程中,不同皮肤细胞的协调生长机制(Gene Dev, 2016);发现了交感神经系统能够直接调控干细胞活动(Nature, 2020),确认了“神经-干细胞互作”在脑体互作中的关键作用。近期,团队揭示了下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴)与干细胞微环境的相互作用机制(Cell, 2025),阐明了系统性生理变化与组织再生之间的密切关系。
