一、任职要求

1.硕士及以上学历；

2.计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、信息工程、数据科学、电子信息等相关专业背景；

3.具有较强的AI技术应用能力，熟悉以下一个或多个方向：

（1）大语言模型（LLM）应用与集成

（2）图像/视频/语音等多模态AI工具

（3）AI Agent开发或工作流编排

（4）知识库、RAG、自动化流程设计

4.具备较强的产品化思维和项目管理能力，能够将技术能力转化为实际业务工具或解决方案；

5.具有良好的中英文沟通能力，能够阅读和跟踪国际前沿AI技术发展；

6.对临床试验、医疗健康、生命科学数字化应用有浓厚兴趣，愿意长期深耕“AI + 临床试验”方向。

二、优先考虑

1.有医疗健康、生命科学、临床研究数字化或企业级AI应用项目经验者优先；

2.有从0到1推动工具、平台或系统建设经验者优先；

3.有跨团队协作、项目落地和团队管理经验者优先。

Qualifications

1.Master’s degree or above;

2.Academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Engineering, Data Science, Electronic Information, or related fields;

3.Strong capability in the application of AI technologies, with familiarity in one or more of the following areas:

（1）Large Language Models (LLMs) applications and integration

（2）Multi-modal AI tools for image/video/speech

（3）AI agent development or workflow orchestration

（4）Knowledge base development, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or automation workflow design-development, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or automation workflow design.

4.Strong product mindset and project management capability, with the ability to translate technologies into practical tools or solutions;

5.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability read and keep abreast of cutting-edge international AI developments;

6.Strong interest in the digital application of clinical trials, healthcare, or life sciences, and a willingness to develop long-term expertise in the field of AI + Clinical Trials.

Preferred

1.Experience in healthcare, life sciences clinical research digitalization, or enterprise-level AI applications is preferred;

2.Experience in driving the development of tools, platforms, or systems from 0 to 1 is preferred;

3.Experience in cross-functional collaboration, project implementation, or team management is preferred.

1.负责技术创新项目办的整体规划、建设和运行管理；

2.推动AI技术与BAY TRIAL一站式临床试验服务深度整合，围绕临床运营、数据管理、生物统计、质量管理、医学写作、培训赋能、项目管理等场景开展应用落地；

3.结合业务需求，组织开发或引入大语言模型、多模态AI工具、AI Agent、知识库、自动化工作流等新技术或工具，提升中心服务质量和效率；

4.牵头AI应用项目的需求分析、方案设计、试点验证、上线推广和持续优化；

5.建立AI应用相关的技术规范、使用流程、质量控制和安全合规机制；

6.推动与内外部技术团队、业务团队及合作伙伴的协同，促进创新技术在临床试验领域的垂直化、专业化应用。

1.Lead the overall planning, establishment, and operational management of the Technology Innovation Project Office;

2.Drive the deep integration of AI technologies into BAY TRIAL’s one-stop clinical trial service platform across functions such as clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, quality management, medical writing, training and capability building,, and project management;

3.Based on business needs, organize the development or introduction of new technologies and tools such as large language models, multi-modal AI tools, AI agents, knowledge bases, and automated workflows to improve the Center’s service quality and efficiency;

4.Lead end-to-end AI application projects, including needs analysis, solution design, pilot validation, deployment and roll out, and continuous optimization;

5.Establish technical standards, operational procedures, quality control measures, and safety and compliance mechanisms for AI applications;

6.Promote collaboration among internal and external technical teams, business teams, and partners to advance the vertical and specialized application of innovative technologies in the clinical trial field.
