Theme
Participants are required to create public science posters focusing on biomedical topics(e.g., life science knowledge, disease prevention, health management, cutting-edge technology). Submissions inspired by the original research findings from Shenzhen-based scientific teams are highly encouraged.
Eligibility
Open to all students from universities, scientific research institutions, and medical institutions in Shenzhen. Participants must register individually.
Submission
1. Entries
Poster Work: One submission per participant.
Poster Introduction: A 300-word abstract used as reference material for judging.
2. Requirements for Poster Creation
(1) Posters should closely align with the competition theme and demonstrate scientific rigor, artistic creativity, and public accessibility.
(2) Include a title, scientific content, and visual design elements.
(3) All works must be original with no copyright disputes.
(4) No personal information may appear on the poster.
3. Poster Specifications
(1) File Size: ≤20 MB.
(2) Format: JPEG, PNG, or PDF.
(3) Resolution: ≥300 dpi to ensure the clarity.
(4) Size: The width is 90 cm, and the height is not limited(recommended 90 * 120 cm).
(5) File name: Institution - ParticipantName - Postertitle.

Judging and Award Ceremony
1. Judging
Entries will be evaluated by the review team and voted by the public online from July to August.
2. Award Ceremony
Details will be announced in August 2025.
Awards
First Prize (1 winner): certificate, trophy, RMB 2000.
Second Prize (2 winners): certificate, trophy, RMB 1000.
Third Prize (3 winners): certificate, trophy, RMB 500.
Excellence Award (4 winners): certificate, trophy, RMB 200.
Favourite Vote (1 winner): certificate, trophy, RMB 500.
All participants who successfully submit works: SMART’s cultural coupons.

Other Rules
Plagiarized entries will result in disqualification and prize revocation.
Violations of submission rules or malicious voting may lead to penalties.
The organiser has the final interpretation of the competition rules under the law.
