研究方向

范潇课题组将立足于多学科交叉领域,发挥技术优势,开发新型冷冻电镜成像技术及高效样品制备与数据处理方法,构建针对天然膜体系的膜蛋白原位结构与功能解析平台。并将依托该平台开展复杂生物膜环境的高效原位研究,通过多维度解析关键大分子的空间构型、相互作用网络及跨尺度组织模式,深入探索生物膜系统间的耦合与调控机制,为相关疾病干预提供理论基础。

研究成果

范潇博士长期致力于融合多学科前沿技术方法,以推动冷冻电镜技术创新,并聚焦于重大疾病相关膜蛋白-药物分子相互作用机制的结构生物学研究。通过自主研发的冷冻电镜全流程创新技术体系,克服了该领域长期存在的技术瓶颈,成功实现了超小分子量蛋白及近生理状态下膜蛋白的高分辨率结构解析,并揭示了电压门控钠离子/钙离子通道的结构与药理作用机制等一系列重要发现。
